§ 113.035 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   It is unlawful for a licensee to transfer his, her or its license to another person or entity or surrender possession, control and operation of the licensed establishment to another person or entity unless the licensee and the transferee have fully complied with the licensing and all other provisions of this chapter.
