§ 113.026 CONTINUING DUTY; FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION.
   (A)   Each applicant shall be under a continuing duty and obligation to disclose to the Mayor or his or her designee any and all changes or alterations in the information or disclosures required by this chapter. It is the duty of each applicant to correct changed, false or erroneous information provided in an application. It is unlawful for an applicant to fail to disclose changes in information provided or to fail to correct false or erroneous information given in an application immediately upon the applicant knowing or being in a position that he or she should have known that the information provided has changed or was false or erroneous when provided.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person applying for an adult entertainment establishment or sexually-oriented business license to make a false or misleading statement or provide false or misleading information which is intended to facilitate the issuance of a license.
