The regulations entitled Amusement Device Code, edition adopted by the Town Council and on file in the Town Clerk’s office is adopted by reference as the amusement device code for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property. A copy of the amusement device code shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be available for inspection at the regular business hours of the office.
