§ 91.086 CERTIFICATE OF TITLE TO PROPERTY SOLD AT AUCTION.
   (A)   The town shall not guarantee title to property or deliver a title of ownership to property sold pursuant to § 91.085, but shall furnish the purchaser with a certificate in substantially the following form:
   CERTIFICATE OF SALE
   Town of Palm Shores
   Palm Shores, Florida 32940
   This is to certify that the following described property was abandoned in the Town of Palm Shores, Brevard County, Florida, and was placed in the custody of the town where it was held for 60 days, after which time, it having been impossible to find the owner of the same, this property was sold to the highest bidder after legal advertisement. This CERTIFICATE OF SALE is therefore issued to ________ residing at ________.
