§ 91.077 INTERFERENCE WITH ENFORCEMENT OFFICER; GOOD FAITH TRESPASS.
   (A)   Whoever opposes, obstructs or resists any enforcement officer or any person authorized by the enforcement officer or Town Council in the discharge of his or her duties as provided in this subchapter shall be punished upon conviction as provided by law.
   (B)   Any enforcement officer or any person authorized by the enforcement officer shall be immune from prosecution, civic or criminal, for reasonable, good faith trespass upon real property while in the discharge of duties imposed by this subchapter.
