It shall be unlawful for any person to give any false or misleading information in connection with any application for registration, modification, or renewal of a vacation rental as required by this chapter. Vacation rental applications shall be sworn to under penalty of perjury. Any false statements made in an application shall be a basis for the revocation of any license issued pursuant to such application.
