§ 158.006 CONSTRUCTION OF CODE.

This chapter shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purpose of regulating vacation rentals, protecting the residential character of the residential zoning districts of the Town of Palm Shores, the health, safety, and general welfare of its residents and visitors, and the quiet enjoyment by Palm Shores' residents.
