Any decision of the Mayor or his or her authorized designee relating to this chapter shall be rendered in writing in appealable form, and reviewed by the Town Special Magistrate if a notice by the vacation rental owner or agent is filed with the Town Clerk within ten days after the action to be reviewed. The Town Clerk or designee shall place the matter on the agenda of the next available meeting of the Special Magistrate, but no later than 35 days after the notice by the vacation rental owner or agent is filed, at which the matter will be reviewed. The decision of the Special Magistrate shall be final and shall be rendered in writing in appealable form. Such final decision may be reviewed as permitted under Florida law.
