§ 33.62 LIABILITY OF PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO GO UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   Any person authorized by this subchapter to go upon private property shall be immune from prosecution, civil or criminal, for reasonable, good faith trespass while in the discharge of duties imposed by this subchapter. In addition, such persons shall be immune from prosecution for damage to property in the reasonable, good faith exercise of their duties under the provisions of this subchapter.
