§ 111.04 SALES TO AND POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY PERSONS UNDER 21; EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give, serve, or permit to be served intoxicating liquors, wines or beers to persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, except a person employed under the provisions of Fla. Stat. § 562.13, acting in the scope of his employment, to have in his possession alcoholic beverages.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any vendor licensed under the Beverage Law to employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, except as provided in Fla. Stat. § 562.13.
