§ 111.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, distribute or manufacture any intoxicating liquors or alcoholic beverages as defined by Fla. Stat. § 561.01, until such person has obtained a license to do so as provided by Fla. Stat. Ch. 561.
