§ 110.71 OPERATING BINGO HALL OR CONDUCTING BINGO GAMES IN BINGO HALL WITHOUT PERMIT IS UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, association, corporation or any other entity to operate a bingo hall or to conduct bingo games in a bingo hall within the city, unless such entity has a current and valid permit.
