§ 110.47 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 110.15 through 110.44, shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine as provided in §§ 775.081(2)(b), 775.082(4)(b), and 775.083(1)(e), Florida Statutes, as amended.
