§ 101.13 EXISTING COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY.
   A communications services provider with a facility in the public rights-of-way as of the effective date of this Chapter 101 has until October 1, 2017 to comply with the provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, registration, or be in violation thereof.
