§ 74.21 PARKING NEAR TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   It shall be a violation for any person to park any motor vehicle within thirty (30) feet of either side of any traffic control device such as stop signs, yield signs or otherwise unless in a clearly designated parking space identified with pavement markings.
