§ 91.05 ENFORCEMENT; PROSECUTION OF VIOLATORS.
   The Police Department is given the power and duty of enforcing the provisions of this subchapter and shall have the power to make lawful arrests for any violation of the provisions hereof, and to prosecute offenses in a court of competent jurisdiction.
