§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 91.02(E) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in Fla. Stat. §§ 775.082, 775.083 or 775.084.
