§ 91.03 OPERATION OF WATERCRAFT WHILE UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.

No person shall operate watercraft within the city and in Turkey Creek while under the influence of alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs to the extent that such person's normal faculties are impaired.
