§ 91.01 SPEED LIMIT ESTABLISHED ON WATERWAYS IN CITY.

It shall be unlawful to operate any boat or vessel upon any waterway within the city, including the entrance to Turkey Creek as it enters upon the Indian River, and including therein Turkey Creek, at a speed greater than five (5) miles per hour.
