Violations of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements set forth therein may result in the discontinuation of utility services, criminal prosecution, or additional charges. Each day such violation continues shall be considered as separate events. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the City from making such other lawful actions as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violations, including seeking injunctive relief in a court or competent jurisdiction, or terminating service as permitted by law.
