§ 70.02 WEIGHT LIMITATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle having a gross vehicular weight rating exceeding twenty thousand (20,000) pounds on any of the roads, streets; or alleys in the city, except Interstate 95 and U.S. Highway No. 1; however, a vehicle in excess of such capacity may be operated within the city for the purpose of receiving or delivering to a specific place materials or merchandise, but in such case the vehicle making the deliveries or receiving such articles shall proceed along U.S. Highway No. 1 and Interstate 95 only, entering such other streets at the intersection nearest the destination of the vehicle, and proceeding thereon no further than the nearest intersection thereafter.
