§ 202.13 OWNERSHIP.

All reclaimed water distribution systems and facilities constructed by an applicant in public easements or rights-of-way shall be conveyed to the Palm Bay Utilities for operation and maintenance in accordance with existing Palm Bay Utilities policies for acceptance of water and wastewater facilities.
