§ 154.138  C-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   This district is to be used for all uses permitted in C-1 and C-2 districts and for the uses enumerated in division (A) of this section.
   (A)   Permitted uses.  Any use permitted in the C-2 district or not expressly prohibited in division (B) of this section, is permitted in this district.
   (B)   Uses expressly prohibited.  As provided by § 154.137(A) of this chapter.
