Any person, business entity, partnership, or corporation, which violates any code provision of the Zoning Code of the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined the sum of $100 for each violation of the Zoning Code. In the event that a violation shall continue for more than one day, each day that any such person or entity is in violation of the ordinance shall constitute a separate offense.
