§ 154.023  APPROVAL OF UTILITIES COMMISSION REQUIRED.
   No authorization or permit for the development of a subdivision shall be issued in the absence of approval by the Utilities Commission or its representative of all utility lines and adequate provisions for utilities as required under the assisting regulations of the Utilities Commission.
