§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.03 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, as defined by KRS 532.090 with a maximum fine of $500, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as for a Class A misdemeanor by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months.  For the second or any subsequent offense a person violating the provisions of § 130.03 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined $500 and imprisonment for a
minimum term of six months but not exceeding a term of 12 months.  Any person violating the provisions of § 130.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as for a Class B misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined up to a maximum of $500.

   (B)   Persons violating the provisions of § 130.20 shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   First violation.  The first violation of § 130.20 shall result in the violator being escorted to his/her place of residence.
      (2)   Second violation.  A second violation of § 130.20 shall result in the violator being escorted to his/her place of residence and a complaint shall be filed with the Kentucky Department of Human Resources and an investigation on the juvenile and the family.
