§ 130.20  CURFEW.
   (A)   It is hereby enacted that the city, by and through the City Council, shall enforce a curfew within the city limits.
   (B)   The curfew prohibits persons under the age of 18 years from being upon the public streets and all public places after 11:00 p.m. each and every day of the week.
