INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM
§ 95.01  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   The Incident Command System of the National Emergency Training Center, dated August 1, 1989, is adopted for the city, and the Incident Command System is enacted by reference to the Incident Command System.  (Ord. 90-15, passed 8-14-90) 
911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
§ 95.15  ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is established a safety answering service to provide a single telephone number for emergency services within the local area, which service shall be known as “911.”

§ 95.16  MONTHLY 911 FEE; COLLECTION.
   (A)   There is established a 911 fee of $1.73 per month for each exchange telephone subscriber which is levied as a special tax, license and/or fee to be paid by each exchange telephone subscriber in the local area on an individual exchange basis limited to a maximum of 25 exchange lines per account.
   (B)   Phone company shall collect the 911 fee from the subscriber and remit the fee to the city as trustee, according to the terms of the agreement.
