§ 72.077  MOVING VEHICLE WITHIN TWO-HOUR FREE PARKING ZONES; EVASION OF TIME LIMIT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to move a vehicle from one parking space in the two-hour free parking zones as established in § 72.075 of this chapter to any other parking space within the aforesaid two-hour free parking zones for the purpose of evading time limitations on parking.  There shall be a rebuttable presumption that any person employed or working in the areas bound by Paint Creek on the south, Euclid Avenue and Third Street on the east, Third Street on the north, and Church Street on the west, who moves a vehicle from one parking space to another in the two-hour free parking zone area and then returns directly or indirectly to work has moved such vehicle for the purpose of evading time limitations on parking.
