(A) There are established certain areas known as “Tow Away Zones.” These zones will be established by the Police Department and authorized only where appropriate signs have been conspicuously posed as “Tow Away Zones.” These zones should be clearly identified and posted in such a way as to give the public at large notice in any zone that has been so marked.
(B) Any vehicle parked in a “Tow Away Zone” may be towed out of the zone and placed in an area designated by the Police Department for holding. The cost of towing any vehicle from one of these zones will be upon the vehicle's owner and the vehicle will be released to the owner only after payment of the towing charge.
