Any person who will continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with § 52.999. Each day in which such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the city may recover reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, court reporter's fees and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated this chapter or the orders, rules, regulations, and permits issued under this chapter.
