(A) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 52.116 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 52.122 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or by both.
