§ 50.22 LEAVING GARBAGE OUT OVERNIGHT; CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS.

No garbage, refuse or other waste materials shall be left or kept outdoors overnight at or around any residence within the city, except in metal containers covered with tight-fitting lids. Such containers shall be so designed as to prevent rodents and other animals from coming in contact with the garbage and refuse contained therein.
