§ 50.99 PENALTY.

Any person or entity who violates any portion of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor within the meaning of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, for which a fine not to exceed $500 may be imposed. Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
