§ 50.05  TRANSPORTATION OF GARBAGE OVER PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to transport garbage or other refuse over the streets and public ways of the city except those authorized by the city official in charge of the municipal garbage collection and disposal system.
