§ 50.04 FEES TO BE PAID FOR COLLECTION SERVICE; UNCOLLECTED GARBAGE DECLARED A NUISANCE.

No garbage or refuse shall be collected from any premises where the owner or lessee is in arrears for a period of one month. Fermenting, putrefying, or odiferous garbage in containers uncollected or dumped in the open due to failure to pay garbage fees shall be declared a nuisance.
