§ 32.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 32.070 through 32.073 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 32.070 through 32.073 is committed, continued or permitted and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 32.085 through 32.088 shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 32.085 through 32.088 is committed, continued or permitted and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
