Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor and upon conviction hereof shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment consistent with the penalty for a Class 2 misdemeanor as provided for in A.R.S. Title 13. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as herein above described.
