§ 93.03 EXCEPTIONS
   (A)   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 93.02, the prohibitions contained herein shall not apply to the city property known as the City Municipal Golf Course or Glen Canyon Golf and Country Club.
   (B)   Section 93.02 also does not apply when a permit has been issued in accordance with § 93.04.
