1731.04 MOBILE HOME PARKS.

(a) Subject to the provisions of this article mobile home parks may be established and maintained within the corporate limits of this Municipality but permits shall be issued as provided in Section 1731.05.

(b) No more than one mobile home shall be permanently situated upon any mobile home unit within a mobile home park within the corporate limits of Paden City.
