At each meeting of the Council the proceedings of the last meeting shall be read and corrected if erroneous, signed by the presiding officer for the time being, and countersigned by the Recorder. Upon the call of any member, the ayes and nays upon any question shall be taken and recorded in the journal and the roll for that purpose shall be called alphabetically.
