§ 97.05 BASKETBALL HOOPS.
   It is illegal to install a basketball hoop in the town right-of-way. The town does not repair or replace basketball hoops that are illegally installed in this area and damaged from plowing operations. Portable basketball hoops should be moved out of harm’s way.
