(A) Fines for basketball hoops and similar recreational items.
(1) No resident shall construct, erect or place or allow to be constructed, erected or placed on real property which the town owns or has a right-of-way to use, a basketball hoop or similar recreational item.
(2) Within seven days of receipt of a notice from the town that a basketball hoop or similar recreational item must be totally removed, the recipient of the notice shall remove the hoop or item.
(3) If the recipient does not remove the basketball hoop or similar recreational item, the town or its duly authorized agent shall effectuate removal and disposal of the hoop or item.
(B) Fines for windrows. Any party contractor or homeowner within one hour of having caused windrows to build up in a public street shall remove the windrows as completely as possible. Any party having failed to effectuate timely removal shall be fined $50.
(C) Fines for parkings. Any operator and/or owner who does not comply with the town parking ban during a snow/ice event shall be fined $50 for each motor vehicle left parked in a town public road.
