§ 93.04 VENTING AND CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH EXISTING AND NEW GAS APPLIANCES IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS.
   On and after January 15, 1961, no gas-burning appliances shall be used or permitted to remain in any room rented for living or sleeping purposes or in any building rented for dwelling purposes unless equipped and installed as described in §§ 93.02 and 93.03 of this regulation.
