§ 51.06 LOADS OF WASTE WITH SIGNIFICANT QUANTITIES OF RECYCLABLES.
   The owner or operator of any resources recovery facility, landfill or other refuse processing facility who fails to notify the town of the delivery of loads of solid waste originating from the town containing significant quantities of recyclable items shall be subject to a penalty.
