§ 50.04 SOLID WASTE CONTAINERS.
   (A)   The owner of each premises in which solid waste is generated or accumulated shall provide suitable receptacles for holding solid waste until it is collected and removed. Solid waste containers shall be maintained in good condition and shall be replaced when no longer in that condition.
   (B)   All solid waste containers shall be watertight, vermin-proof, galvanized metal or plastic receptacles with securely fitting covers, or other suitable container of not less than 20- or more than 30-gallon capacity: except that commercial establishments may provide for a large covered container designed to be emptied into or attached to a truck and other types of containers may be used under special permits issued by the Director. Grass cuttings, leaves and the like shall be placed in a waterproof plastic or paper bags of not over 33-gallon capacity.
