(A) Any solid waste collector who disposes of more than one cubic foot of solid waste at any one time, at a location other than that which is designated by the town, shall be liable for a civil penalty of $1,000 for each day the violation continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who disposes of any solid waste in violation of § 50.05(E) of this chapter shall be liable for a civil penalty of up to $10,000 for each day the violation continues.
(C) Any person violating any other provisions of this chapter shall be liable for a fine of not more than $100 for each offense, in addition to any other penalty which may be imposed by law. Each day in which any violation continues or is repeated shall constitute a separate violation.
