(a) Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 353 shall pay a fine as follows:
(1) Ten dollars ($10.00) if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within seven days of the day the violation notice is issued.
(2) Fifteen dollars ($15.00) if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within fifteen days after issue of the violation notice.
(3) Twenty-five ($25.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within fifteen days after issue of the violation notice.
(b) In addition to any penalty provided for in part (a) of this section, whoever violates any provision of Section 353.03(a), Meter Feeding, shall pay a fine as follows:
(1) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense, if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within five days after issuance of the violation notice. Fifty dollars ($50.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within five days after issuance of the violation notice.
(2) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for a second offense within twelve months if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within five days after issuance of the violation notice. Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within five days after issuance of the violation notice.
(3) Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for a third offense, or any subsequent offenses, within twelve months if the fine is paid at the Municipal Building within five days after issuance of the violation notice. One hundred dollars ($100.00) if the fine is not paid at the Municipal Building within five days after issuance of the violation notice.
