921.32 OPERATION OF HYDRANTS.

Only such persons as shall be authorized by the Service Director or Fire Chief shall be permitted to operate any fire hydrant for any purpose whatsoever, and no one except such persons shall be permitted to take the hydrant wrenches or permit the same to be taken from any fire house, except for Fire Department purposes.
