921.27 METER TESTING; FEE AND ACCURACY.

If the accuracy of the water meter at any premises is questioned by the resident or owner involved in a billing dispute, the meter will be tested by the City according to American Water Works Association Standard C700/C708 at no cost to the owner or resident.
